ABOUT

I entered the field of mental health in 1999 after an early career as an auditor in New York City—a valuable experience, but one that ultimately led me to seek a more meaningful and human-centered path. I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Community Counseling from The College of New Jersey in 2005, became a National Certified Counselor (NCC) that same year, and obtained full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2008.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults in a wide range of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, detox, and community-based programs. My professional journey has taken me through roles at Carrier Clinic’s Blake Detox Center and Outpatient Services, Princeton House’s inpatient program, Crawford House, and Catholic Charities’ Project FREE in Asbury Park. I also completed my clinical internship at Princeton University’s Counseling and Psychological Services and provided Intensive In-Community services before focusing my work exclusively on private practice.
In my practice, I draw on a diverse clinical background to offer therapy that is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them move toward greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
