YOUR VISIT
In-Person and Telehealth
In-Person sessions take place at 3600 Route 66, Suite 150, Tinton Falls, NJ (across Route 66 from the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets). The doors to the office suite are locked at all times. If you arrive between 9am - 5pm, please check in with the receptionist and have a seat. If you arrive after 5pm, please text me at (848) 326-1163 to let me know you have arrived. You can wait at the door or have a seat in the building lobby (and I'll text you to come to the office door).
Telehealth visits are completed using HIPAA compliant software. You will receive a link to your session by text or email (or both). If you are using a computer, the link will automatically open your session in your browser. If you are using a cell phone or tablet,you will be prompted to download the telehealth app before your first telehealth session begins. As long as the app is installed on your device, all following sessions will open the app automatically.

I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation via telehealth to new clients which you can schedule through my booking portal HERE.

​Payment Information
I accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans including Horizon BCBS, United Healthcare. I am out of network with Medicaid and Medicare and for all other commercial insurance plans, self funded plans, and “carve out” plans that are not administered by your medical health benefits plan.
Note: Please check your coverage before attending a session.
Rates:
Therapeutic Services Out of Network Fees:
$200 initial intake sessions (I require 2 intake sessions for new clients)
$150 for individual therapy sessions (50-60 minutes)
Clinical Supervision:
$150 weekly 1 hour clinical supervision
Independent Practice Consultation:
$150 per hour

Cancellation Policy:
The full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice.
